In conjunction with ATD of Stage Operations and other Assistant Stage Operations Manager (ASOM):
Lead and manage team of 5 stage operations staff and 4 stage operations apprentices in scenic changeovers ranging from 2-3 hours per night
Lead timely scenery and prop transfers between 3+ rehearsal hall locations, a warehouse, and the opera’s campus
Lead strike teams in disassembling and archiving scenery for future scenery rentals from The Glimmerglass Festival

Romeo and Juliet into La Bohème Changeover
As the Assigned ASOM for La Bohème and Romeo and Juliet:
Assign deck responsibilities to become a part of a routine track for staff and apprentices during the run of show, collaborate with Stage Management team to create proper documentation of each stage op’s show track
Perform preshow and post show duties for show running team of stage operations staff and stage operations apprentices (fly check, safety walkthrough)
